Partners Group leverages a large number of service providers globally for a wide range of services that are crucial to sustain business growth. The Global Service Provider Management team governs how we oversee the services that we have outsourced to the service providers.

Your tasks will include:

 

  • Assisting the team in maintaining a robust global service provider framework which includes a set of policies, processes, procedures and tools to effectively manage service provider risks and performance
  • Assisting to organize service provider meetings including coordinating agendas and action points
  • Performing spot checks on service provider management tasks
  • Providing support to business users during the service provider lifecycle and on the service provider management tool
  • Handling queries from internal stakeholders and external stakeholders in an efficient and timely manner
  • Building and maintaining effective and collaborative relationships with team members and within Partners Group
  • Participating in specific projects contributing to the overall operating efficiency/effectiveness of the team’s and Company's operations
  • Performing other ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned
  • Completing assigned tasks in a timely and with a first-time right mindset
What we expect
  • University degree or undergraduate education (in finance, accounting or business)
  • 2 years’ relevant experience in service provider or client relationships. Experience within asset managers or service providers is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; German and/or French is a plus
