Product Management Support Professional (12 months contract)

What it's about

 

  • Provide ancillary support to the Product Management team based in Singapore and Zug, primarily around product wind-downs and liquidation events
  • Create, update and maintain product liquidation documentation pages
  • Handle administrative and regulatory filings related to product liquidations, coordinating with internal and external parties as necessary  
  • Liaise with external service providers (e.g. legal counsel, documents execution) on product liquidation matters
  • Assist with creation and processing of invoices (purchase orders and billings) for services rendered on product liquidation topics
  • Support the team with ongoing product liquidation projects or initiatives (automation, playbooks, FAQ pages) and other broader product management tasks as required

 

What we expect

 

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, financial management, business or business administration, marketing, legal studies or related field
  • This role is open to fresh graduates or with 1-3 years of experience in the financial services or asset management industry
  • Fluent English as well as experience and confidence in client and stakeholder communication (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Good organizational, multitasking skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with project management or in a shared services environment would be beneficial
  • Effective and reliable team player with an ability to work independently
