Product Management Support Professional (6-9 month contract)

What it's about
- Provide ancillary support to the Product Management team based in Singapore and Zug, primarily around product wind-downs and liquidation events
- Create, update and maintain product liquidation documentation pages
- Handle administrative and regulatory filings related to product liquidations, coordinating with internal and external parties as necessary
- Liaise with external service providers (e.g. legal counsel, documents execution) on product liquidation matters
- Assist with creation and processing of invoices (purchase orders and billings) for services rendered on product liquidation topics
- Support the team with ongoing product liquidation projects or initiatives (automation, playbooks, FAQ pages) and other broader product management tasks as required
What we expect
- A bachelor's degree in finance, financial management, business or business administration, marketing, legal studies or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the financial services or asset management industry
- Fluent English as well as experience and confidence in client and stakeholder communication (written and verbal)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Good organizational, multitasking skills and attention to detail
- Experience with project management or in a shared services environment would be beneficial
- Effective and reliable team player with an ability to work independently
