What it's about

 

Partners Group’s Platform Services business unit looks after a variety of fund operation activities throughout the lifecycle of our investment product solutions, including company secretarial tasks, execution of corporate and product related documentation and oversight of client due diligence on investors based around the globe as well as oversight over regulated services. This role is for a Senior Fund Administration Officer to execute on a pre-defined administration-related service catalogue within the Platform Services shared services team, primarily covering documentation execution task allocation, CDD oversight communications, data reconciliation and statutory control checks.

 

 

You will be responsible mainly for the following tasks:

  • Manages the service inbox and document execution workflow in accordance with a pre-defined process and direction of the Lead Shared Services
  • Assist in a number of company secretarial matters including servicing contractual and statutory obligations
  • Process and co-ordinate routine and more complex corporate and fund operations
  • Developing, maintaining and implementing appropriate procedures and processes
  • Guides and trains Funds Administrators in standard processes and procedures, and provides clear and constructive feedback on work performed
  • Actively identifies and implements realistic improvements in fund administration-related processes
  • Significantly contributes and collaborates effectively on team projects and initiatives
  • Coordinate with key internal stakeholders for data and reporting related matters
  • Escalates issues/potential risk exposures on a timely manner.
  • Good understanding of upstream and downstream impacts

 

What we expect

 

The typical education and professional experience required for this role is a fresh graduate with University degree or undergraduate education (in finance, accounting or business) or professional education or alternatively 6-8 years of relevant working experience.
