Service Provider Manager

Partners Group leverages a large number of service providers globally for a wide range of services that are crucial to sustain business growth. The Global Service Provider Management team governs how we oversee the services that we have outsourced to the service providers. 

• You are keen on working collaboratively and building trusting relationships with your stakeholders

• You are good in problem-solving and have the ability to work creatively to find constructive solutions
• You will demonstrate a high level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical behavior 

Your tasks will include:

• Assisting the team in maintaining a robust global service provider management framework which includes a set of policies, processes, procedures and tools to effectively manage service provider risks and performance
• Assisting to organize service provider meetings including coordinating agendas and action points
• Performing controls/spot checks on service provider management tasks
• Providing support to business users during the service provider lifecycle and on the service provider management tool
• Handling queries from internal stakeholders and external stakeholders in an efficient and timely manner
• Building and maintaining effective and collaborative relationships with team members and within Partners Group  
• Participating in specific projects contributing to the overall operating efficiency/effectiveness of the team’s and Partners Group's operations
• Performing other ad hoc administrative tasks, as assigned
• Completing assigned tasks in a timely manner with a commitment to getting it right the first time, while also demonstrating creative problem-solving abilities
