What it's about

We offer an exciting opportunity to work in the Learning and Development space with main work location in BGC in Metro Manila, Philippines. This is a dynamic and versatile role that requires someone who is passionate about learning and fits a creative thinker who takes self-initiatives and looks forward to contributing to talent development. As training coordinator, you'll be responsible for:


  • Planning and execution of the monthly global introduction program and onboarding events for new hires
  • Supporting the global learning team in designing the annual training calendar
  • Executing logistics, communications, and coordination of scheduled in-person, virtual, and blended programs
  • Managing participant communications (participant enrollments on LMS, registration reminders to drive training uptake, logistics, invites including pre-work details etc.)
  • Supporting training reports on costing submitted to Finance, monthly learning hours to monitor monthly training progress in the firm, reporting analytics for Business to monitor training and development in their teams
  • Supporting the global learning team in working with reporting and controlling teams by providing accurate and timely training data
  • Designing training feedback surveys, providing evaluation analyses and recommendations to the global learning team and external learning partners
  • Supporting in employee query management related to learning topics
  • Leading the external learning vendor management particularly for the Asia-Pacific region including managing invoicing for external programs
  • Being the business advisor to the region for all L&D-related topics
  • Supporting ad hoc L&D initiatives and projects across the different regions
What we expect
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-4 years of experience working in Human Resources – Learning Area
  • Have effective communication and stakeholder-oriented engagement skills with a good grasp of the English language, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in MS Office
