What it's about

In this role, you will coordinate the recruitment process between business, talent acquisition specialists, and potential employees.


  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition Professionals to lead the scheduling of interviews, prepare interview schedules, sets-up case studies, welcome candidates on-site, and help with other recruitment related logistics and administration for Europe/US

  • Coordinate recruitments and ensure Hiring Managers' adherence to candidate due diligence and labor laws, assisting more senior recruiters as required

  • Maintains high quality records and follows all processes

  • Leads candidate correspondence regarding interviews and expenses

What we expect
  • At least one (1) year experience in scheduling and coordination from a global organization

  • Excellent oral and verbal communication skills

  • Has a great knowledge of Microsoft office tools and IT savvy, ideally previous experience with recruitment technologies

  • Must have strong attention to detail, high level of integrity, judgement, and follow-through

  • Ability to work on multiple projects and deliver effectively against timelines
