In this role, you will coordinate the recruitment process between business, talent acquisition specialists, and potential employees.

Work closely with Talent Acquisition Professionals to lead the scheduling of interviews, prepare interview schedules, sets-up case studies, welcome candidates on-site, and help with other recruitment related logistics and administration for Europe/US

Coordinate recruitments and ensure Hiring Managers' adherence to candidate due diligence and labor laws, assisting more senior recruiters as required

Maintains high quality records and follows all processes

Leads candidate correspondence regarding interviews and expenses

At least one (1) year experience in scheduling and coordination from a global organization

Excellent oral and verbal communication skills

Has a great knowledge of Microsoft office tools and IT savvy, ideally previous experience with recruitment technologies

Must have strong attention to detail, high level of integrity, judgement, and follow-through

Ability to work on multiple projects and deliver effectively against timelines
