We are seeking a Temporary Administrative Personnel to assist with the cleanup of documents. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing, sorting, and digitizing various documents to ensure complete and efficient record-keeping to comply with data retention policy.
Responsibilities:
- Review, organize and sort documents according to established guidelines
- Merge and file digitized documents in the in-house database
- Create and maintain accurate records of document cleanup progress
- Assist with data entry and filing tasks as needed
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Proven experience in administrative roles or document management
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in PDF and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
