Digital HR Professional (Contingent Worker)

What it's about


  • Professional responsible managing general queries and cases related to HR systems as a first level support and serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SMEs) on one of the modules/systems.
  • Possesses an initial understanding of HR processes, HR systems or data analysis
  • Manages tasks with supervision and following standard operating procedures (SOPs) / Knowledge Based Articles (KBAs)
  • Enters system configuration data into relevant systems and serves as a 2nd line of defence regarding data quality
  • Assigns general inquiry cases to the relevant SME (Subject Matter Experts)
  • Produces initial analysis and resolutions to answer queries as the first-level contact and escalates unresolved questions to the next level of support (1st level support)
  • Supports configurations of HR processes, system related projects, scheduled system upgrades, instance refreshes and releases
  • Performs preliminary user acceptance test (UAT) and regression test; prepares import/export files
  • Drafts user guides, project documentations, system configuration workbook, UAT script, knowledge articles, etc. in written and visual formats
  • Serves as a super user for the HR systems
  • To work, where required, to support projects and initiatives across the organization
  • Recommends procedure modifications or improvements as appropriate
  • Holds at least one official HR system certification and provides a specialized expertise in one of the modules/systems.


What we expect


  • A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT, Data Analyst, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience working in an office setting for at least 2 years with a deep focus on customer service, employee experience, operational excellence and continuous improvement and agility to learn digital HR.
  • Proficient in English both written and verbal.
  • Adept with Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
