What it's about

Partners Group is seeking a Client Marketing and Operations Support Professional to join its Client Solutions team based in New York. In this position, you will be responsible for servicing our existing client relationships by supporting our team across operations and marketing efforts, specifically within private wealth. The successful candidate must demonstrate effective time and project management skills, be detail and process oriented, and have strong written and interpersonal skills.




  • Addressing client service needs, including product information requests and distribution of offering documentation
  • Preparing standard and ad-hoc product reporting
  • Assisting with year-end audit process and quarterly reports to Fund Board of Managers
  • Updating existing and creating new marketing materials including pitch book and white papers as needed, in close collaboration with compliance and investment professionals
  • Providing compelling qualitative and quantitative reporting to investors through regular publications and general sales support material
  • Composing focused investment commentary
  • Conducting market research on competitor products and offerings
  • Overseeing product compliance including proper documentation of processes and procedures
  • Taking responsibility of projects to support the development and growth of the team
  • Act as subject matter expert for assigned programs and respond to internal and external client requests
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, time management and analytical skills with consistent attention to detail


What we expect
  • 1-3 years of experience in financial services, transfer agency, operations, fund administration, sales/marketing or related industry
  • BA/BS in finance, business, economics, communications, or a related field
  • Ability to communicate effectively as well as advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Project management skills, the ability to work under tight deadlines and setting appropriate priorities while maintaining a high standard
  • Superior organizational, written and oral communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to pull together ideas to make a convincing argument.
  • Entrepreneurial, professional, proactive and motivated personality
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and be able to handle different constituencies across the firm
  • Ambition and willingness to obtain FINRA qualifications Series 7/Series 6
