Senior Mandate/Operations Specialist

What it's about
In this position, you will have the opportunity to help lead operational efforts for the firm's industry leading, multi-billion dollar US private wealth busines, with a focus on evergreen strategies designed for the rapidly growing private-wealth channel. Primary responsibilities:
- Collaborate with transfer agent, fund administrator and internal and external operational teams to ensure all fund deliverables are carried out timely and accurately
- Provide exceptional client service to home office, operations, and financial advisor clients and contacts
- Work on new alternative fund offerings, from development to launch, as needed
- Identify and implement enhancements and processes with a view towards building scale and efficiency
- Lead key initiatives and projects, including digitization and other operational enhancements
- Help lead a growing operations team based in New York and Colorado
- Develop subject matter expertise in all aspects of fund operations, including tax, accounting and other complex fund requirements and queries
- Work closely with fund officers, structuring, compliance, sales, and other internal teams on all fund related tasks and regulatory requirements as needed
- Bachelor’s Degree from a top university
- 10+ years background/experience in operations at a firm specializing in alternative investments, wealth management or fund administration
- Proven project management experience
- Prior experience with accounting or tax preferred but not required
- Superior attention to detail and critical thinking abilities
- Superior oral and written communication skills required
- Entrepreneurial, proactive and motivated individual
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment

- Partners Group compensation has a long-term outlook and philosophy, and our total compensation emphasizes performance based long term incentives. Base pay range for this role is $165k - $185k with a performance-based annual bonus.
