Associate/Senior Associate - Private Debt

What it's about
In this position you will be part of the Private Debt Investment team in Paris with responsibilities across all aspects of private market investing, including sourcing, due diligence, execution and ongoing monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Investment due diligence including review of diligence reports, interviewing industry experts and attending management meetings and site visits
- Financial analysis including detailed LBO modelling and scenario testing
- Preparation of investment memoranda and participation in Investment Committee discussions
- Portfolio management activities including monitoring portfolio performance and assessing waiver and amendment requests
- Assist senior investment team members in building relationships with sponsors and other external parties
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top university with an excellent academic record
- Between 3-5 years (associate level) or 5-8 years (senior associate level) of relevant work experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking (leveraged finance, M&A or restructuring), a buyside investment role or transaction services
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to Partners Group's high standards of business conduct
- Strong oral and written English skills
- Fluency in English and French is essential
