What it's about

In this position, you will provide administrative and operational support for the senior management of our global Client Services department.


You will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and gain insights into strategy development and senior management-level topics. You will be key in the organizing and controlling the department's business activities and contribute to the long-term success of the organization.


  • Support the department head (member of the Executive Team) with administrative and day-to-day operational tasks under the guidance of a Senior Business Manager
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders for project and reporting related matters
  • Prepare recurring reporting deliverables based on established processes
  • Prepare management presentations and related documents
  • Provide support in projects and initiatives
  • Facilitate workshops and offsites at the department level
  • Support department head on corporate matters (e.g. HR, Finance, IT, Legal)
  • Drafts and disseminates meeting minutes for department level meetings
What we expect
  • Bachelor's degree, graduate with up to 2 years of relevant work experience are welcomed to apply
  • Highly organized, meticulous self-starter with a desire to learn and succeed
  • Resourceful and flexible in a fluid working environment to manage conflicting and frequently shifting priorities while delivering on tight timelines
  • Detail-oriented and able to stay focused and deliver high quality work under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions
  • Positive can-do personality and ability to see the big picture and anticipate issues that may arise
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
