What it's about

Partners Group's product management team is the hub of a variety of activities throughout the lifecycle of an investment program including comprehensive product reporting to investors based around the globe. In this role you will be part of Product Management's dedicated project team working closely with the business in implementing a wide range of initiatives.

 

  • Work with senior project manager to improve client offering, efficiency and risk mitigation for the Product Management team
  • Participate in system and operational acceptance testing for projects
  • Be part of the Product Management team and drive team-wide initiatives
  • Interview subject matter experts, product owners and technical teams to identify the needs and expectations of business units
  • Write, edit and maintain technical requirement specifications, reports, concept of operation and project charter
  • Engage in problem solving to help identify and solve potential issues for clients
  • Communicate risks and potential road blocks to the project team and key stakeholders
  • Perform necessary analysis, fact finding and consult with other project members to identify and thereby resolve issues
  • Lead small teams of junior team members in the conceptualization and execution of projects
What we expect
  • Degree in Information Technology or Business Administration
  • 3-5 years relevant work experience as a project manager or business analyst, preferably in the financial industry
  • Possesses knowledge of SDLC, project management process, requirement gathering and documentation best practices
  • Understanding/experience with Artificial Intelligence is a plus
  • Experience with stakeholder management, excellent coordination and execution capabilities
  • Exceptional eye for detail, problem solving and analysis skills
  • Good language skills in English (oral and written)
  • Knowledge of client servicing processes is a plus
  • Good MS Office know-how, SQL know-how would be a plus but is not required
