Senior Treasurer (Fund Operations)

What it's about
• In this role, you will be part of the fund administration team in Singapore performing the full spectrum of oversight for debt and direct assets cashflows which includes monitoring and managing cash flows for full investment structures.
• Perform oversight and manage relationships with key stakeholders and service provider (i.e. act as point of contact for daily BAU matrix between internal and external stakeholders).
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders and service providers ensuring that service providers performance meet the set benchmarks, SLAs and KPIs, addressing variances or issues proactively.
• Review implement and maintain KPIs, management reporting, governance and controls for processes covered across regions.
• Liaise with external administrators for transactions inquiries, documentation, and other investment related matters.
• Working with relevant internal stakeholders such as front (deal team), middle (closing team) and back office (reporting and accounting) and external stakeholders such as banks, general partners, loan agents and external service providers to manage the life cycle of debt and direct assets.
• Experience in managing and participating in firm wide impact projects.
• Minimum 7 years or more working experience in the financial industry and fund operations. Experience in private markets will be a plus.
• Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Strong drive and work commitment, resilient and able to work under pressure
• Good organization flair and communication skills.
• Proficiency in treasury management systems, SWIFT and Microsoft excel.
