Treasury Management Professional (Senior Treasurer)

What it's about

We are looking for a team head to lead our Direct & Debt Admin team responsible for our private markets direct and debt investments cashflow bookings and payments; and assuming the following responsibilities:


  • Oversee day to day cash flows booking and payments for our direct and debt investments including transfers, restructuring and exits
  • Manage the monthly closing of the investment database
  • Oversee timely bank reconciliation
  • Oversee position reconciliation of our debt investments
  • Manage projects including systems and process improvements
  • Coaching and training of new hires
  • Working closely with relevant internal and external stakeholders such as front (deal team, back office (reporting and accounting) and external administrators and auditors for transactions inquiries or discrepancies and other loan-related matters
  • Supporting the team efforts with regards to (i) internal reporting (compliance, internal audit, and maintenance of process documentation (corporate knowledge base WIKI, etc.) and (ii) external reporting (provision of loan related documents for audit purpose)
  • Refining and implementing additional controls for existing processes
  • Other ad-hoc and administrative duties
What we expect
  • Preferably with an University degree in Accountancy, Finance or Business
  • Ideally with at least 5 - 9 years’ experience with the financial industry (within the area of accounting, auditing, fund administration) or is familiar with loan administration
  • A self-directed person, able to manage effectively and complete tasks within demanding timelines despite competing priorities
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Project management and/or change management experience will be a plus
  • Effective communication skills while collaborating with stakeholders across different functions in an international setting,
  • Experience in coaching more junior members, while providing proactive, constructive upward and downward feedback
  • Attention to detail, with an entrepreneurial, proactive, and a solution-driven mindset
