The CIient Solutions team at Partners Group delivers innovative private market investment solutions to private wealth and institutional clients worldwide. In this position you will be part of the Australian institutional sales team. Partners Group's Australia has experienced significant growth over the last fifteen years. In order to leverage off our success to date, we are looking for an individual to help promote our closed ended fund product range to institutional clients. 

 

This position will include the following tasks:

 

Responsibilities:

Become an expert on private markets and Partners Group's products and investment strategies across asset classes

  • Creating, developing and managing relationships with Australian institutional investors and their consultants
  • Building on an expected strong knowledge base to become an expert in private markets and Partners Group's platform, products and investment strategies across asset classes
  • Mapping out the investor landscape, planning and sourcing new demand using an entrepreneurial approach
  • Understanding and presenting the full range of Partners Group's solutions including operational features of products
  • Planning innovative events to engage with Australian institutional investors
  • Closely collaborating with the whole platform including asset class specialists, portfolio management, ESG, investor services, investment teams and the wider platform
  • Contributing to global strategic efforts including new product ideas
  • Leading presentations and representing the Firm at conferences and events
  • Driving the response to RFPs, in coordination with the wider team and preparing compelling pricing proposals
  • Applying professional and technical knowledge to streamline and accelerate workflows

  • Ability to problem solve with a client-focused mindset within challenging deadlines, articulating ideas and positions in a structured manner
  • Agile, fast paced and ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial and driven environment
  • Skilled across all Microsoft systems with the ability to customise and prepare compelling presentations
  • High energy; willingness to travel, generally within Australia

 

Extensive experience in:

  • Institutional investment sales
  • Client relationship management
