What it's about

Your main duties and responsibilities comprise the following tasks: 
•    Support front and senior members of the team, including Head of Japan, with client presentations/pitches, product updates, meeting preparation and overall fund raising efforts.
•    Perform various tasks related to product reporting, internal and client requests.
•    Initiate, organise, and participate in calls and visits with institutional and corporate pension investors, distributors, and gate keepers.
•    Support preparation of clients' Due Diligence.
•    Support Head of Japan for preparation of any materials such as a strategic deck and investors' mappping out, etc.
•    Organise and attend a diverse array of client events. 

 

What we expect

•    BA/BSc from a top tier university in finance, accounting, economics, or a relevant discipline.
•    Min two years of experience in business development, marketing/sales and/or general finance/reporting functions.
•    Excellent analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills, and a strong desire to learn and succeed.
•    Attention to detail and quality.
•    A humble and enthusiastic individual with a passion for private markets. 
•    An understanding of private markets and prior industry experience would be a distinct advantage.
•    Fluent in Japanese – both written and verbal.
•    Excellent level of business English.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
•    Willingness to work to tight deadlines in a challenging environment.
