What it's about


We are seeking a motivated fund sales professional in the Partners Group Head office in Zug, CH. In this position, you will lead our listed equities funds sales efforts, manage existing client relationships, and develop new ones. You will collaborate closely with other teams across Partners Group.


Key responsibilities:

  • Raise capital for various listed equities strategies, including listed infrastructure, listed private equity, and other initiatives
  • Develop and manage relationships with existing clients and prospects such as institutional and wholesale institutions
  • Map out the investor landscape, plan and run regular cold call campaigns
  • Create tailored and high-quality marketing materials
  • Lead presentations to promote our listed offerings and represent the firm at conferences and events
  • Collaborate closely with the investment team to reflect client feedback
  • Manage RFP processes and address client queries
  • Support client onboarding, including CDD and KYC


What we expect


  • The successful candidate should have the following profile:
  • Bachelor's degree (MBA, Master's and/or CFA preferred) with strong academic background in finance, economics, or a relevant discipline
  • 5-8 years of relevant work experience, preferably in institutional sales for equity funds
  • Network of institutional investors and distribution partners
  • Experience in managing client relationships and identifying/converting new clients
  • Quantifiable fundraising track record
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in business English and German – both written and verbal
  • Eligible to work in Switzerland
