Head of HR Information Systems and Digital Tools

To help us deliver our people strategy and meet our ambitious goals, we are looking to add a Head of HR Information Systems and Digital Tools, in a newly created role.  Our new team member will own all HR digital tools starting with our core people system: Success Factors.   


Our ideal candidate will take our people strategy and identify the implications for changes to our HR systems (eg, Success Factors), identify risks, develop plans to mitigate these, and then follow through with excellent implementation.   


You will take a critical view of our current tools (which include Success Factors, PeopleDoc, Qlik and others) and processes, drive continuous improvement, and fully own the processes and procedures relating to our tools to provide top service to our teams globally.  


Your guiding ambition will be to provide our people with an outstanding customer experience when they interact with our tools by making our systems easy to use, intuitive, and 'foolproof'.   

The person we want knows Success Factors (or similar HRIS systems) inside out, is fiercely creative about unlocking our teams' potential by adopting and using the right digital tools and is deeply customer-focused. 


Main Responsibilities:  


  • Own Partners Group's HR systems, driving their development to meet the ever-changing requirements of our business.  This may include implementing organizational changes, adopting new functional modules and capabilities or linking to new tools  

  • Lead, manage, empower and strategically develop a team of 5 based in Switzerland and Manila efficiently and with foresight lead the HR digital transformation and collaborate extensively in the design and improvement of the HR service delivery model  

  • Guide, educate and enable HR as a function in leveraging new and existing tools to better service our clients 

  • Be deeply committed to operational stability, mitigating system risks & owns security and compliance controls 

  • Ensure and safeguard the quality of master data in key systems 

  • Manage the performance and development of your team including both in-house and any external specialists globally 


What we expect

The successful candidate will have most of these attributes: 


  • 5 -10 years of relevant experience in HR systems and tools within a fast paced and dynamic environment.   

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Success Factors (or similar HRIS systems)  

  • Innovative thinker, being able to unlock our teams' potential by adopting and using the right digital tools 

  • Has a keen interest in digital solutions and keeps abreast of market trends and the overall digital landscape  

  • Is passionate about understanding our internal customers and finding new and creative ways to make their lives easier 

  • Strong leadership skill with proven ability to manage a team of international professionals across locations; drive professional development of team members by providing coaching and enabling the team to excel in a high performing organization 

  • Has excellent project management skills to help them juggle multiple projects at once 

  •  Excellent communication skills with the demonstrated capabilities to develop strong relationship and strategically manage and influence senior stakeholders at all levels 

  • Takes initiative and consistently delivers results of the highest quality either personally or through their team, taking accountability and ownership for their work and for the HR function 

  • Learns business quickly and can adapt to support business needs effectively
