HR Administration Professional (12 months temporary contract) (#LI-Onsite)

What it's about
Come join our dynamic HR team! We are currently seeking a talented HR Administration Professional to join us on a 12-month temporary contract with the potential for conversion to a permanent position.
The HR Administration professional will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Lifecycle processes including employee entries, changes, leaves, transfers, and exits
- Accidents, sickness, and child allowances registrations and reports
- Handling communications with Swiss authorities such as migration office, tax at source office, "Ausgleichskasse", brokers, and insurances
- Conducting new hire and leaver orientation with employees
- Ensuring compliance with Swiss labor laws and regulations
- Proactively optimizing tasks, processes, policies, and procedures
- Collaborating with other HR functions and regions and working on assigned projects
- Managing and responding to employee inquiries and requests through the newly introduced ticketing system, ensuring timely and effective resolution of HR-related issues
- Assisting with the preparation of payroll deliverables, ensuring accurate input of employee data, and resolving any discrepancies related to payroll data
- 2-3 years of relevant HR experience in the Swiss market
- Fluent in German and English
- Good analytical and communications skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Proactive and independently able to handle sensitive information
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience in optimizing HR processes and procedures
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office and Swiss administrative systems
