What it's about

  • Define and manage the ERP application stack (SAP S/4 Hana, SuccessFactors, Concur) and the integration framework
  • Support strategic ERP roadmap and consolidation of applications
  • Develop and manage the engagement and relationship with all key stakeholders (Finance, HR and other Corporate teams)
  • Leading a team of 10-15 business / application analysts and software engineers responsible for life cycle.
  • Responsible for whole budget planning and approval requests
  • Execute global technology implementation projects for our corporate functions
  • Lead and manage partners & system integrators, contractors, and internal employees across our global ERP estate
  • Support post go-live issues management and escalations (via internal support team)


What we expect
  • Degree in Information Technology or Business Administration
  • Minimum 10+ years of relevant industry experience working in development and integration of large-scale solutions multiple technologies platforms and interface across inhouse and external developed systems (off-the-shelve)
  • Experience in the cloud solution implementation of Financial Solutions or in IT Consulting for Finance and/or Human Resources business units
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Experience with cloud development and agile project management methods and practices
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and competing priorities
  • Proven experience managing budget, internal and external teams
  • Good language skills in English (oral/written)
