What it's about

Our Investment Process Management team in Zug is seeking a Junior Investment Process Professional to support the team following the anticipated leave of a key team member. The position entails the following responsibilities: 


  • Coordination of Partners Group's investment compliance process, including responsibility for streamlining the process and keeping relevant tools and procedures up to date;
  • Coordinate improvements of key software tools used by Partners Group's investment and investment services team with software developers;
  • Support on projects to develop and streamline processes, tools and procedures to the benefit of Partners Group's investment platform;
  • Support with organizing, coordinating and ensuring execution of the Global Investment Committee and Investment Oversight Committee meetings. This task includes preparing meeting materials and agendas, as well as supporting with audio visual conference coordination during the meeting. 
  • Ensure proper documentation of processes and generate reporting of key data. 
  • Contribution to operational improvements as well as testing of systems enhancements

  • Undergraduate university degree or completed commercial training with first experience in private equity or financial services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on teamwork.  
  •  Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Critical and analytical thinking with a high attention to detail 
  • A self-directed and independent person, able to manage tasks effectively and complete them within demanding timelines, and willing to take charge and be accountable for areas of responsibility. 
  • A team player who is flexible with respect to working schedule and taking on ad-hoc tasks.
