Marketing Leader Private Credit Europe/Asia

What it's about
We are consolidating our marketing activities in a new business within the Client Solutions department. Our marketing unit will serve as the face of Partners Group to its clients, coordinating and producing all materials representing the business.
- Taking full ownership of our marketing activities for our Private Credit products in Europe and Asia-Pacific, shaping and implementing the marketing strategy in close collaboration with our front asset class experts and client relationship leadership team.
- Together with a team of two Content Experts that report into you, responsible for RfPs, commercial sections in fund offering documents, internal education, investor letters, pitchbooks, due diligence events, DDQ, closing dates, corporate actions client communication, client reporting, performance/gross-to-net monitoring, benchmarking, etc.
- Creating streamlined and automated processes to efficiently support relationship managers with effective presentations, RfPs and client reporting, including custom quantitative portfolio workbooks.
- Being responsible for the design of effective in-person and virtual events featuring private credit and targeted at clients and relevant prospects across our target markets.
- 5+ years of working experience in the financial industry with prior responsibility both as a producer and reviewer of pitch books, RfPs and/or client reporting with a focus on credit. Previous experience in a leadership role is a plus.
- A strong and proven understanding of (private) credit as an asset class from a similar role and/or prior experience at an investment bank or credit manager, and the ability to convincingly portray the benefits of credit investments on slides and in other marketing material.
- Top academic credentials and advanced business or finance degree (e.g. MBA).
- Passionate, highly motivated with a proven ability to handle high workload while delivering zero default.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Entrepreneurial personality; passionate, ambitious, driven yet humble and highly collaborative.
- Willingness to work in our brand-new campus at least four days per week to become fully entrenched into the Partners Group organization.
