What it's about


At partners group we are looking for a Process Management and Change Expert. The main responsibilities will include:


  • Improve process maturity and drive process automation, reporting to the Head Enterprise Risk and Process Management
  • Lead and participate in strategic projects to improve organizational, process and risk management maturity
  • Work with business unit owners to jointly review, design and implement effective processes and controls
  • Support key stakeholders to improve and integrate: Strategic projects, data management, regulatory requirements, technology, vendor management, risk, compliance, etc
  • Review and document processes, drive their adoption level within the business, identify improvement items and support implementation
  • Maintain the Process Management Framework, including policies, governance, and related software solutions


What we expect


  • 8+ years of relevant work experience driving projects, implementing process and control improvements and steering change initiatives, preferably in business process consulting
  • A transformative process and project manager, with a strong commercial/business understanding, able to transform the business with a process and a risk view, understanding the link between process excellence and risk management and how its embedded within the business
  • Top academic credentials
  • Self-motivated and proactive individual with ambition, goal-orientation and boldness that can independently drive initiatives
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal and project management skills to manage multiple projects at the same time; logical thinker; ability to drill down the details while keeping the big picture in mind
  • Asset Management and/or Private Equity experience is an advantage but not required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (English)
