HR Administration Professional (12 months temporary contract) (#LI-Onsite)

What it's about

 

Come join our dynamic HR team! We are currently seeking a talented HR Administration Professional to join us on a 12-month temporary contract with the potential for conversion to a permanent position.

 

The HR Administration professional will be responsible for the following tasks:

 

  • Lifecycle processes including employee entries, changes, leaves, transfers, and exits
  • Accidents, sickness, and child allowances registrations and reports
  • Handling communications with Swiss authorities such as migration office, tax at source office, "Ausgleichskasse", brokers, and insurances
  • Conducting new hire and leaver orientation with employees
  • Ensuring compliance with Swiss labor laws and regulations
  • Proactively optimizing tasks, processes, policies, and procedures
  • Collaborating with other HR functions and regions and working on assigned projects
  • Managing and responding to employee inquiries and requests through the newly introduced ticketing system, ensuring timely and effective resolution of HR-related issues
  • Assisting with the preparation of payroll deliverables, ensuring accurate input of employee data, and resolving any discrepancies related to payroll data

 

 

What we expect

 

  • 2-3 years of relevant HR experience in the Swiss market
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Good analytical and communications skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Proactive and independently able to handle sensitive information
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in optimizing HR processes and procedures
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office and Swiss administrative systems
