What it's about

Partners Group’s structuring team is responsible for developing innovative investment structures and funds for institutional and private investors globally. Structuring professionals regularly interact with the firm’s client relationship management, investment and operations teams as well as with clients and external professionals. Representative projects include, for example, the establishment of investment vehicles (limited partnerships and other investment funds), design and formation of bespoke separate account mandates, monitoring of regulatory frameworks, contribution to business development initiatives, negotiation with clients and business partners and participation in marketing meetings. As the Head Structuring Continental Europe, you will be leading a team of structuring professionals and become part of the structuring management team, representing the structuring activities on the Continent, with a particular emphasis on the DACH region and France.



  • Lead a team of structuring professionals and contribute to the successful management and development of the global structuring team
  • Develop, design and implement innovative structuring solutions in the firm's key Continental European markets
  • Efficiently lead, manage and implement complex structuring projects
  • Manage and further develop own service catalogue with full ownership and high autonomy
  • Draft and/or review agreements, offering memoranda and documentation relating to investment structures (funds, mandates, financing solutions)
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and service providers
  • Support and enable business development efforts by contributing to client meetings, presentations, project management etc.
What we expect

  • Qualified professional with 8-12 years of relevant work and industry experience
  • Top academic credentials in law, business administration, engineering and/or finance
  • Self-motivated and proactive individual with strong desire to learn and succeed
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal and project management skills to manage multiple projects
  • Ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external parties
  • Fluent in German and English, any additional languages are a plus
